Welcome to Brassall Meat Mart, we are a family-owed business operating since 1960 and the largest butcher shop in Ipswich with our own smoke house.
Brassall Meat Mart is a traditional butchers, owned by Gerry Muckert, managed by his son Greg and also assisted by a great team of long standing qualified butchers. They only sell high quality, locally sourced meat from Gerry's own feedlot and others in the local area.
They are proud of their wide range of meats including bacon, ham and their famous wurst smoked on the premises. Also providing BBQ packs, sides of beef (both grain and grass fed), mini roasts, chicken kievs, marinades together with a variety of sausages (think and thin), enchiladas and other beef, lamb and pork cuts.
All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and are always happy to help or advise customers with cooking tips or recipe advice.
